  1. Email opt-in headline (highest leverage — even a 1% improvement compounds significantly)
  2. CTA button text (“Get the Guide” vs. “Download Free” vs. “Start Now”)
  3. Hero image (you vs. product vs. outcome graphic)

Test one thing at a time. Run tests for a minimum of 2 weeks or 1,000 visitors, whichever comes first.
