This refund policy is written for Phase 1 launch readiness and the currently approved paid offer: the Creator Strategy Session.

Creator Strategy Session

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact CMR Create as early as possible. Refund or reschedule eligibility may depend on timing, preparation already completed, and whether the session has already occurred.

Completed Sessions

Completed strategy sessions are generally not refundable because time, preparation, and delivery have already been provided.

No Guaranteed Results

Refunds are not based on guaranteed business, audience, platform, content, revenue, or technical outcomes. CMR Create provides strategy and guidance, but results depend on many factors outside CMR Create’s control.

Digital Resources

Free resources are provided as-is. Future paid digital downloads, templates, courses, or resource products may have separate refund terms when they are approved for public checkout.

Support And Coaching Interest Paths

Creator Support and broader coaching pages may collect interest or requests during Phase 1. They should not be treated as active recurring paid products unless a specific WooCommerce checkout offer is published and approved.

Checkout And Payment Processing

Approved payments are processed through WooCommerce and Stripe. If a refund is approved, processing timing may depend on the payment processor and your financial institution.

Account And Dashboard Access

Refunds, cancellations, or expired access may affect future dashboard permissions for an offer, but account access and appropriate order history may remain available where supported by the site.
