The Weekend Product Formula

Your first product needs to solve one specific problem for one specific person — not be a comprehensive masterpiece.

Step 1: Find the Problem (Friday Evening)

Look through your comments, DMs, and emails. What question do you answer over and over? That’s your product.

Step 2: Choose the Format

  • Checklist/Template ($7–$27): 1–2 hours in Notion or Google Docs
  • Ebook/Guide ($17–$47): 4–8 hours to write and design in Canva
  • Mini-course ($47–$147): 3–6 short video lessons recorded in one day

Step 4: Set Up the Sale Page

Gumroad, Payhip, or WooCommerce. Write a 200-word description answering: What is it? Who is it for? What will they be able to do after buying?
